Refund Policy

At iPro Academy, we’re very confident that you’re going to love our products and services. That’s because we put a lot of hard work, positive energy and – even love – into everything we create for you.

As of October 25, 2016, iPro Academy, LLC has a NO REFUND policy due to the training & software, community access, 24-hour support and other immediately accessible resources you receive upon enrolment. However, there is a 3-day cancellation policy in place if you want to cancel access to the software and training within 3-days of your purchase date. Simply email support@iproacademy.com and we will gladly refund your money back in full. However, after 3-day period, no refunds or cancellations will be processed. Should you have any questions about our no refund policy, please reach out to support@iproacademy.com.

How Refunds Work

Each iPro Academy training and software comes with its own refund policy. Depending on the product/service you purchased you may request a refund in a 30-day time frame. Some product/service come with a NO REFUND policy.

The refund period starts from the day you purchased the product/service unless otherwise specified. Any and all physical materials you might have received, such as physical books, DVDs, CDs and the link, need to be returned to us in order for your refund to be processed.

Of course, digital products you’ve downloaded cannot be “returned” to us, so we trust you to not re-sell or otherwise re-distribute those files. Also if you get a refund but continue to use a product/service you purchased from us it is a violation of intellectual property rights laws (in other words, it’s stealing, and that’s not right).

Pixel Bay Refund Policy

Pixel Bay comes with a NO REFUND policy. When you download the Pixel Bay app from the Shopify App Store, you will get a free 7-day trial access. After the 7-day trial period, you will be billed a monthly subscription fee. If you do not want to get billed after the 7-day trial period, you will have to uninstall the Pixel Bay app from your Shopify store within the 7 days. Once you are billed for the month’s subscription, no refund will be issued. If you no longer wish to use the Pixel Bay app, simply uninstall the app inside of your Shopify store and you will no longer be billed for your monthly subscription.
